Who we are

This policy covers the website www.noiseheroes.com. The data controller is Luca Lo Tito, trading as Noise Heroes.

For anything about your data, write to hello@noiseheroes.com.

In short

This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. It loads nothing from third parties, shows no ads, uses no tracking and does not profile visitors. It has no forms. Because of this, it shows no cookie banner: none is required.

Hosting and security

The website, its images and its videos are served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data from each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used only for delivery and security and are kept for a short period.

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell people from automated traffic. It does not identify you and it is not used for analytics or advertising. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Statistics

We look at aggregated traffic figures that Cloudflare derives from the requests it serves, such as the number of requests and visits, the pages requested and the visitors' countries. No script, cookie or tracker runs in your browser for this, and the figures do not identify anyone.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contacting us

If you write to us, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and, if it follows, to work together. We keep them for as long as the conversation or the work requires, and as long as the law requires for business records.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who else receives data

Cloudflare, Inc. processes the data described above on our behalf. Cloudflare may process it outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Cloudflare is certified, and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@noiseheroes.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
